We really love the Pour House, beautifully designed (their “Frankwell” mural features on all of our PR) and lovely staff so it was with some trepidation that we heard that owner Paul Davies was bowing out. The good news is though that the new owners, Albert’s Shed are keeping the style and culture intact. In fact the main change is in the name – Albert’s Pour House is here!
Here’s what they have planned for the launch..
“Albert loves the Pour House so much that he’s decided to give it his name and to celebrate we’re having a party on Friday 9th August (with Mighty Vipers) and Saturday 10th August 2019 (with The Uptown Monotones).
Entertainment is free all weekend but if you’re feeling generous we’ll be collecting on behalf of the charity The Harry Johnson Trust who provide funding and equipment for both families and the Princess Royal Hospital Telford’s Oncology Department.
PLUS WE’RE OFFERING A FREE DRINK FOR THE FIRST 100 PEOPLE TO RSVP ON FRIDAY’S EVENT (AVAILABLE BETWEEN 8-9PM).”
